This Edgartown Village Compound offers a luxurious experience with multiple lounging areas in the main house, perfect for entertaining. The first floor features three lounge areas and a family room that opens to the kitchen and dining area, leading out to a bluestone patio with seating and a dining area overlooking the pool.

The second floor houses four bedrooms: a primary king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and another bedroom with two twin beds. The primary and twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the queen bedrooms share a full bath. The third floor boasts a game room with six twin beds and french doors opening to a deck with pool views.

Please note, the guest house behind the pool is included in the rental.

The pool, heated to 82 degrees, is nestled between the guest house and pool house, set in a well-manicured lawn. This home is conveniently located just steps from shops and restaurants in Edgartown.

Pool heating is included in the rental for July and August, with a $250 charge for June/September and $350 for May/October if the pool is open.

The property features two TVs, one in the family room and another in a bedroom.
