On the second level are two additional bedroom suites, both with French doors that open onto their own private deck. There is also a suite located on the lower level of the home with full kitchen and separate living/dining area with private entrance.

The carriage house lounge is located on the second floor above the garage and overlooks the pool area. This bonus space offers a pool table, seating area with T.V., bar area, beverage refrigerator and microwave. Downstairs, pool side is a large outdoor fireplace, BBQ Grill and seating area, along with a half bath & outdoor shower.

The heated gunite pool is 13 x24 feet with an 8x8 foot hot tub surrounded by a granite patio.

Note: Two week minimum in July and August. Use of interior fireplaces is not allowed during summer season.
