Enjoy the heated infinity pool, half-basketball court or take advantage of the property's private south shore beach that is accessible only by boat from Chilmark Pond.
As you step inside this 7,000 sq ft home you are greeted with a perfectly positioned wall of windows that allow guests to take full advantage of views stretching across the finely manicured lawn, infinity pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Natural light fills the home, accenting the oak floors, tall ceilings, and fine attention to detail. A well-appointed sunken living room with fireplace and game table is open to a large dining area, both with direct access to the expansive patio area and screened in porch.
The home’s modern kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite counters, and high-end appliances from Sub Zero, Miele, Wolf, and Scotsman. It is equipped with all the tools of the trade for you or a private chef to create memorable meals during your stay. The kitchen is open to a small family room with a custom fireplace.
A long hallway connects to the primary suite with private study and fireplace. The study is perfect for relaxing after dinner or to attend to any work-related matters while on vacation. The primary suite hosts two separate bathrooms. The first features a dressing room, a makeup counter and closets. The second primary bathroom also offers ample space and a walk-in closet. Both feature marble amenities, full showers, separate steam rooms, as well as private access to the property’s outdoor showers and a private sitting area.
Guest bedrooms are located in the opposite wing of the home. The first guest room offers a king bed, the second guest room offers two queen beds, while the third guest room has four twin bunkbeds. Two full bathrooms and a make-up room are also located in this wing. Included for guest’s use are cribs, pack-n-plays, highchairs, and many other child related items for those traveling with young children.
The lower level of the home features a large gym with cardio equipment, free weights, universal machine and Pilates Reformer.
The property also includes a two-bedroom guest cottage, located in a private setting away from the main house. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and access to a private deck. The efficient set up includes a cozy living room with TV, kitchen, and full bathroom.
Pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August and included in the rent for those months. There is an additional heating surcharge of $350 per week in June and September, and $450 per week for May and October (if pool is open).
